How to use the Student Portal
Set up your exam browser and sign in — step by step for your device.

If you open the portal in a normal browser (Safari, Chrome…), you'll see the “Open this portal in Safe Exam Browser” page below. That's not an error — for security, exams and their materials only open inside Safe Exam Browser (SEB). The steps on this page get you set up; once SEB is installed and configured you won't see it again.
Open the App Store
On your iPhone or iPad, open the App Store — the blue icon with the white “A” on your home screen.
Install SEB
In the App Store, search for “Safe Exam Browser” and install the SafeExamBrowser app (“Secure Web-Based E-Assessment”, by ETH Zurich) — tap Get and let the download finish. Don't open it yet; the next step sets it up first.
Download the exam configuration
Back in Safari, download the PrepDoctors configuration file — it lands in your Downloads in the Files app. The next step opens it.
Download the configuration (.seb)Open the downloaded file and sign in
Open the Files app, go to Downloads (or Recents) and tap the downloaded .seb file. It launches Safe Exam Browser, applies the PrepDoctors configuration and takes you straight to the Student Portal — sign in with your email address or Student ID.
Quitting SEB when you're done
To leave Safe Exam Browser, tap its Quit button. SEB asks for a quit password — type:
exit
and confirm. Your iPhone or iPad is back to normal.
